Ornamental Tubing
We produce our ornamental squares and rectangles to ASTM A513 specification in sizes ranging from ½” to 3” square to ½” x 1” by 4” x 2” rectangles. Our gauges vary from as light as .035 wall to as heavy as .125 wall, providing a range of products for most any ornamental application.
In addition, our ornamental squares and rectangles are able to be rolled from a variety of flat roll products that provide unique finishing options, including Cold Rolled, Hot Rolled Dry, Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled, and Galvanized steels. This allows our ornamental products to be fabricated, painted and/or re-dipped for certain galvanizing applications. We also have the ability to paint in-line certain products for extra protection and/or a finished painted look. All in all, our ornamental product line and capabilities is one of the widest and most customizable in the industry.
Mechanical Tubing
Our Mechanical Rounds and Specialty Ovals adhere to ASTM A513 specifications. Far beyond a spec, our willingness to meet challenges others say are near-impossible allows us to adhere to your exacting standards.
Mechanical rounds range in size from as small as 5/8″ up to as large as 4″, while ovals are specifically manufactured to your exact specifications. Our mills can accommodate tubes ranging from a minimum wall thickness of .035 up to a maximum of .125 wall thickness. Our flexibility combined with the precise dimensions we can provide makes our mechanical tubing ideal for a wide variety of plain and fabricated parts
